If required by insurance companies, we can gladly draw up approved expert reports for damaged luggage that cannot be repaired.

We’ll take care of repairs for you as quickly as possible. Often these can even be carried out directly in the shop.
Reservations/Shipping
We can gladly reserve your favourite product for you for a while without obligation. We send your order free of charge within Germany (against invoice).
TAX Free
For all non-EU customers, we can also issue forms for the refund of VAT.
Exchanges
Within 14 days, upon request, with a full refund of the purchase price.
